Depending on the state you live in, you have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. This page explains what that covers and how to exercise it.
What we may sell or share
As described in our Privacy Policy, we may sell or otherwise share personal information with third parties. That may include:
- Account information
- Usage information
- Betting preferences
- Location information, including state-level location
- Inferences drawn from your activity on the Services
Third parties receiving this information may include advertising networks, data brokers, marketing and business partners, and companies using artificial intelligence or machine learning technologies, which may use the information to train, develop, or improve their models and services.
Sharing personal information for cross-contextual behavioural advertising may itself constitute a "sale" or "sharing" under certain state privacy laws.
How to opt out
By email. Write to privacy@syxthsense.net with the subject line "Do Not Sell My Personal Information." We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
By browser signal. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser. Because the signal is per-browser, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use.
Through advertising industry tools. You can also opt out of targeted advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance or the Network Advertising Initiative.
Your other privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may also have the right to:
- Know and access what personal information we have collected about you
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Delete personal information we have collected
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights
To exercise any of these, contact privacy@syxthsense.net.
Marketing emails
Opting out of the sale or sharing of personal information is separate from marketing preferences. To stop marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message. We may still send you transactional and administrative messages about your account.
