1.    INTRODUCTION
BetLabs LLC (“BetLabs,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates SyxthSense, a sportsbook aggregation platform providing betting insights, odds comparisons, and market data from multiple gaming platforms within a single, user-friendly interface. This Privacy Policy applies to our direct marketing website (https://www.syxthsense.net/), our downloadable mobile application (the “App”), our web-based platform, and any other websites, applications, or online services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). It describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use our Services, regardless of how you access them.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Services.

2.    CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are intended for adults only. They are not intended for individuals under the age of 18 (or the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, if higher). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 18 (Contact Us).

3.    INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We strive to collect only the information we believe is reasonably necessary to provide the Services to you. We collect information in several ways, including directly from you, automatically through your use of the Services, and from third-party sources.
Information You Provide Directly

•    Account Information: Name, email address, city, state, phone number, username, password, date of birth, and other registration details.
•    Payment Information: If you purchase a subscription or make payments through the Services, our third-party subscription management and payment processing providers collect and process your payment card information (such as credit or debit card number, expiration date, and security code), billing address, and transaction history to facilitate transactions and manage recurring subscriptions. BetLabs does not directly collect or store your payment card details.
•    Wagering Information: Information about your wagering, betting, and related interests, preferred sportsbooks or trading platforms, and other preferences you provide to personalize your experience.
•    Communications: Any information you provide when you contact us for support, submit feedback, or otherwise communicate with us.

When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
•    Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, browser type, and mobile network information.
•    Usage Information: Pages viewed, features used, time spent on the Services, referring URLs, and other information about your interactions with the Services.
•    Location Information: Approximate location based on your IP address.
•    Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activities. For more information, see Section 8 (Cookies and Tracking Technologies) below.
Information from Third-Party Sources
We collect information from third-party sources, including:
•    Sportsbook and Market Data: We collect publicly available betting odds, lines, market data, and related information from third-party sportsbooks and trading platforms to display within the Services. This data is collected from publicly available sources and does not include your personal betting history or account information from those platforms.
•    Analytics Providers: We receive information from analytics and advertising partners that helps us understand your usage and improve our Services.
De-identified or Aggregated Data
We may create de-identified or aggregated data from personal information by removing or modifying data elements that could reasonably be used to identify you. Once data has been de-identified, we will not attempt to re-identify it, except as necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of our de-identification processes. We may use and disclose de-identified and aggregated data for any lawful purpose, including research, analytics, improving our services, sharing insights with business partners, and providing data to third parties (including AI and machine learning companies) for training, developing, or improving their models and services. Such deidentified and aggregated data is not subject to this Privacy Policy and is not considered a “sale” of personal information under applicable law.

4.    HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect for all lawful purposes, including:
•    Providing the Services: To operate, maintain, and improve the Services; to display betting odds, market data, and insights; to facilitate your access to third-party sports books and trading platforms via deep links; and to personalize your experience.

•    Communications: To send you transactional messages, updates, security alerts, and administrative notices; to respond to your inquiries and requests; and to send you marketing communications (subject to your opt-out rights).
•    Analytics and Research: To analyze usage trends, measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns, and conduct research to improve our products and services.
•    Advertising: To deliver targeted advertising and promotional content to you on the Services and on third-party sites and applications.
•    Legal and Compliance: To comply with applicable laws and regulations; to enforce our terms and policies; to protect the rights, property, and safety of Betlabs, our users, and others; and to detect and prevent fraud and other illegal activities.

•    Advertising Partners: We share information with advertising networks, data brokers, and marketing partners to deliver targeted advertising and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
•    Third Parties: We may sell or otherwise share your personal information, including account information, usage information, betting preferences, and inferences drawn from your activity on the Services, to third parties. These third parties may include companies that use artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) technologies and may use your information to train, develop, or improve their models and services. For information about your right to opt out of the sale of your personal information, see Section 6 (Your Rights and Choices).
•    Third-Party Sportsbooks and Trading Platforms: When you click a deep link within the Services to access a third-party sportsbook or trading platform, we may share limited information with that platform (such as a referral identifier) to facilitate your access. •    Professional Advisors: We may share information with our professional advisors, such as lawyers, bankers, auditors, and insurers, in the course of professional services they render to us.
•    Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
•    Change of Control: In connection with any merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, or bankruptcy, your information may be transferred to another entity as part of that transaction.
•    With Your Consent: We may share your information with other parties when you provide your consent or direct us to do so.

6.    YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
Opt-Out Rights
Depending on laws applicable to our business and you in your state of residence, you may have the right to opt out of certain data collection, use, and sharing practices. You may be able to enforce certain of those rights as follows:
•    Marketing Communications: You may opt out of receiving marketing emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any marketing email or by contacting us at the address below. Even if you opt out, we may still send you transactional and administrative messages.
•    Sale or Sharing of Personal Information: We may sell your personal information to third parties, including AI and machine learning companies, as described in Section 5 (How We Share Your Information). To the extent required by applicable law, you may opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information by contacting us using the information in Section 18 (Contact Us) or by using the opt-out mechanisms we make available on the Services.
•    Targeted Advertising: You may opt out of targeted advertising by adjusting your preferences in your account settings or by using industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page at www.aboutads.info/choices or the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page at www.networkadvertising.org/choices.
Access, Correction, and Deletion
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 18 (Contact Us). We may require verification of your identity before processing your request.

7.    DATA SECURITY
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

8.    COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies, such as those provided by Google, Apple, or your web browser, to collect information about your browsing activities and to distinguish you from other users of the Services. These technologies help us improve the Services, deliver targeted advertising, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
•    Essential Cookies: These cookies are necessary for the Services to function and cannot be disabled. They enable core functionality such as security, authentication, and accessibility.
•    Personalization (or Functionality) Cookies: These cookies enhance your user experience and content delivery, such as by remembering your preset preferences and pre-filling your username.
•    Analytics Cookies: These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with the Services by collecting and reporting information anonymously.
•    Security Cookies: These cookies help authenticate users, prevent fraudulent activity, and protect account access.
•    Advertising Cookies: These cookies are used to deliver advertisements that are relevant to you and your interests. They also help measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can usually modify your browser settings to decline cookies if you prefer. However, if you disable cookies, some features of the Services may not function properly.
Cross-Contextual and Behavioral Advertising
We engage in cross-contextual behavioral advertising, which involves collecting information about your activities across different websites, applications, and services over time to deliver advertisements tailored to your interests and preferences. This may include:
•    Tracking your browsing activity on the Services and on third-party websites and applications;
•    Collecting information about your interactions with our advertisements on other sites;
•    Using information about your interactions with the Services, including which deep links you click and which sportsbooks or trading platforms you access, to infer your interests and preferences;
•    Sharing information with advertising networks and partners who may combine it with information collected from other sources; and
•    Building a profile about you to predict your preferences and display relevant advertisements across the internet.
The sharing of personal information for cross-contextual behavioral advertising purposes may constitute a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under certain state privacy laws. You may opt out of this type of advertising by contacting us using the information in Section 18 (Contact Us), adjusting your cookie preferences on the Services, or using the opt-out tools described in Section 6 (Your Rights and Choices).
Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track Signals
Some browsers and browser extensions support the Global Privacy Control (“GPC”) signal and “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) preferences. When we detect a GPC signal from your browser, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser. When we detect a DNT signal, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to limit the collection and sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes associated with that browser. However, because there is no industry-standard protocol for DNT signals and our Services may involve third-party advertising partners, analytics providers, and other service providers whose systems may not recognize or respond to DNT signals, we cannot guarantee that all tracking will cease when a DNT signal is detected. For more comprehensive control over your privacy preferences, we encourage you to use the opt-out tools described in Section 6 (Your Rights and Choices) and to adjust your cookie preferences on the Services.

9.    LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES
The Services contain deep links and other links to third-party websites, applications, and services, including third-party sportsbooks and trading platforms. When you click a deep link within the Services, you will be redirected to the third-party platform’s website or application to complete your bet or trade. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
When you click on a deep link or other link to a third-party website or access a third-party service, you leave the Services and are subject to the privacy policy and terms of use of that third party. Any bets, trades, transactions, or other activities you conduct on third-party platforms are governed solely by those platforms’ terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit or service you use. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any information collected by third parties through their websites or services, even if accessed through a deep link on the Services.
We may collect information about which deep links you click and which third-party platforms you access through the Services for analytics, service improvement, and advertising purposes. However, we do not receive information back from third-party sportsbooks or trading platforms about the bets, trades, or transactions you complete on those platforms after leaving the Services.

10.    AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING
We may use automated decision-making technologies, including algorithms, artificial intelligence, and machine learning, in connection with the Services. Our use of these technologies may evolve over time as we develop and enhance the Services. Currently, and in the future, these technologies may be used for purposes such as:
•    Fraud Detection and Prevention: Identifying and preventing fraudulent activity, unauthorized access, and other security threats to your account and the Services.
•    Sportsbook and Market Data Analysis: Analyzing publicly available betting data, odds, and market trends from third-party platforms to generate insights, predictive analytics, and market intelligence that may be displayed within the Services.
•    AI-Powered Chatbots: Providing conversational AI assistants or chatbots integrated into the Services, so that when you interact with our AI assistant, your conversations and queries may be processed to generate responses and recommendations tailored to your interests.
•    Service Improvement and Analytics: Generating aggregated insights and analytics about betting trends, platform usage, and user behavior to improve and enhance the Services.
These automated processes may result in decisions that affect the content, recommendations, advertising, or features you see on the Services. Our AI-powered features do not make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects concerning you, such as decisions related to employment, credit, housing, or insurance.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights related to automated decision-making, including the right to request information about the logic involved in automated processing. To exercise any such rights or to request more information about our automated decision-making practices, please contact us using the information in Section 18 (Contact Us).

For subscriptions purchased directly through our Services (outside of the app stores), please refer to Section 3 (Information We Collect) for information about how we handle payment information.
App Data Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and associated data collected through the App, you may do so by submitting a deletion request through your account settings within the App, or by contacting us using the information in Section 18 (Contact Us). Upon receiving your verified request, we will delete your personal information in accordance with applicable law, subject to certain exceptions (such as information we are required to retain for legal or compliance purposes). Please note that deleting the App from your device does not automatically delete your account or the personal information we have collected. Uninstalling the App will remove locally stored data from your device, but you must separately request account deletion to remove your data from our servers.

12.    STATE PRIVACY RIGHTS
